Located at Racine County Workforce Solutions, Training Grounds coffee shop provides employment and training opportunities to Racine County residents who are seeking to increase their job-related skills. Training Grounds was developed in partnership with The Grind, a locally owned café that was founded by Steve and Lisa Novak in 2010. The Training Grounds menu includes coffee, tea, smoothies and baked goods.
