Housing Resources, Inc. is a HUD approved nonprofit housing counseling agency. The Racine office has been serving Greater Racine since 2000. HRI teaches consumers the homebuying process and provides credit counseling to facilitate mortgage approval. HRI has a strong referral network of local, reputable lenders, realtors, insurance representatives and home inspectors . HRI also offers new homeowner classes and home preservation (foreclosure prevention) services.
