My specialty is the treatment of emotion regulation problems, including depression, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and impulse control disorders. I have a passion for working with individuals who have anxiety disorders, and my goal is to better understand and improve the lives of those I am working with.
My theoretical orientation is eclectic, with an emphasis on empirically supported Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Exposure and Response Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Behavior Activation, and Art Therapy.
I work primarily with adolescents and adults. My approach is warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental.
