Caledonia – Racine County is proposing another possible location for its new Youth Development and Care Center on the northeast corner of the Batten International Airport, along 3 Mile Road in the Village of Caledonia.  All proposed locations are currently under review and not yet final.  Racine County in partnership with the Village of Caledonia is seeking community input on the Youth Development and Care Center and its proposed location at a Village of Caledonia Public Information Meeting.
