Racine – Racine County Public Works plans to close a portion of County Highway C (Spring Street) on Monday August 30, for pavement replacement.

The closure is scheduled to take place from 8/30/2021 to 9/27/2021.  County C will be open for residents living in the closed section of highway C, and will be closed to all through traffic from United States Highway 45 to State Highway 20.

Traffic will be detoured to County Highway A during this time. Signs will be posted to direct traffic around the closure.

County crews plan to mill and replace asphalt pavement along County Highway C.  The work is weather dependent and subject to change.
