Racine County provides residents of Burlington and other western county municipalities easy access to a variety of county services at several locations in the Burlington area.
Racine County Service Center – 1072 Milwaukee Avenue
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–Noon and 12:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m.
Extension Racine County

Racine County Clerk of Courts
Court actions cannot be filed at the Burlington Service Center.
Some matters, including small claims actions, may be filed online.

Burlington City Hall – 300 North Pine Street
- County Treasurer Services: Payment of second installment and delinquent property taxes.
- County Register of Deeds Services: Birth, marriage, and death certificates, and filing of real estate documents.
Burlington Municipal Court – 224 East Jefferson Street
Certain Racine County Circuit Court proceedings, including small claims, misdemeanor, criminal traffic, and traffic court matters, are held here, usually on the first Friday of the month.
