Home MenuThe work of the court is done in five separate divisions: felony, misdemeanor/traffic, civil (including small claims), family (including probate), and juvenile court. Judges rotate from one division to another every two years on the even numbered year. (Please note no additional notices will be mailed to parties based on Local Court Rule.)
The next rotation is scheduled to be effective August 1, 2024.
Below is a list of the scheduled rotation: (see 2024 Judge Rotation)
*New judge as of August 1, 2025 with change to assignments listed in Branch 3 and Branch 7*
Hon. Wynne Laufenberg, Branch 1, will move to Traffic and Misdemeanor Court, Courthouse, 2nd floor courtroom, to replace Hon. Jon Fredrickson. Judge Laufenberg will also be presiding over Veteran's Treatment Court for Judge Flancher beginning on June 17, 2024.
Hon. Eugene Gasiorkiewicz, Branch 2, will remain in Civil court, Courthouse, 4th floor courtroom, and will retain his currently assigned cases.
*Hon. Jessica Lynott, Branch 3, will move to Felony Court, Law Enforcement Center, Lower level South courtroom to replace Hon. Jon Fredrickson and assume his currently assigned cases. *
Hon. Scott Craig, Branch 4, will remain in Traffic and Misdemeanor Court, Law Enforcement Center, Main level North courtroom, and will retain his currently assigned cases.
Hon. Kristin Cafferty, Branch 5, will remain in Juvenile Court, Law Enforcement Center, Main Level South courtroom, and will retain her currently assigned cases.
Hon. David Paulson, Branch 6, will remain in Civil Court, Courthouse 7th Floor courtroom, and continue with his currently assigned cases. Judge Paulson is currently presiding over the Alcohol & Drug Treatment Court, after the retirement of the Hon. Maureen Martinez.
*Hon. Jamie McClendon, Branch 7, will begin her role as judge in Family court, Courthouse, 3rd floor courtroom, to replace Hon. Jessica Lynott and assume her currently assigned cases.*
Hon. Faye Flancher, Branch 8, will move to Felony Court, Law Enforcement Center, Main level West courtroom, to replace Hon. Judge Timothy Boyle and assume his currently assigned cases.
Hon. Robert Repischak, Branch 9, to remain in Felony Court, Law Enforcement Center, Lower Level North courtroom, and will retain his currently assigned cases.
Hon. Timothy Boyle, Branch 10, will move to the Probate/Family Court, Courthouse, 6th floor courtroom, to replace Hon. Wynne Laufenberg, and will retain her currently assigned cases.
