Home MenuThe work of the court is done in five separate divisions: felony, misdemeanor/traffic, civil (including small claims), family (including probate), and juvenile court. Judges rotate from one division to another every two years on the even numbered year. (Please note no additional notices will be mailed to parties based on Local Court Rule.)
The next rotation is scheduled to be effective August 1, 2026.
Below is a list of the scheduled rotation: (see 2026 Judge Rotation)
Hon. Wynne Laufenberg, Branch 1, will move to Family Court, Courthouse, 3rd floor courtroom, to replace Hon. Jamie McClendon, and will assume her currently assigned cases. Judge Laufenberg will continue presiding over Veteran's Treatment Court.
Hon. Eugene Gasiorkiewicz, Branch 2, will remain in Civil court, but will move to the 7th floor of the Racine County Courthouse, to replace Hon. David Paulson, and will assume Judge Paulson's currently assigned cases.
Hon. Jessica Lynott, Branch 3, will remain in Felony Court, Law Enforcement Center, Lower level South courtroom, and will retain her currently assigned cases.
Hon. Scott Craig, Branch 4, will move to Juvenile Court, Law Enforcement Center, Main Level South courtroom, to replace Hon. Kristin Cafferty, and will assume her currently assigned cases. Judge Craig will continue presiding over the Alcohol & Drug Treatment Court.
Hon. Kristin Cafferty, Branch 5, will move to Civil court, Courthouse, 4th floor courtroom, to replace Hon. Eugene Gasiorkiewicz, and will assume his currently assigned cases.
Hon. David Paulson, Branch 6, will move to Traffic and Misdemeanor Court, Law Enforcement Center, Main level North courtroom, to replace Hon. Scott Craig, and will assume his currently assigned cases.
Hon. Jamie McClendon, Branch 7, will move to Felony Court, Law Enforcement Center, Main level West courtroom, to replace Hon. Faye Flancher, and will assume her currently assigned cases.
Hon. Faye Flancher, Branch 8, will move to Probate/Family Court, Courthouse, 6th floor courtroom, to replace Hon. Timothy Boyle, and will assume his currently assigned cases.
Hon. Robert Repischak, Branch 9, to remain in Felony Court, Law Enforcement Center, Lower Level North courtroom, and will retain his currently assigned cases.
Hon. Timothy Boyle, Branch 10, will move to the Traffic and Misdemeanor Court, Courthouse, 2nd floor courtroom, to replace Hon. Wynne Laufenberg, and will assume her currently assigned cases.
