The List of Unclaimed Funds for 2025 of known owners was published in the Racine Journal Times on January 30, 2025. The list (linked below) is organized by last name or business name and grouped by the Municipality or County Department holding the fund(s). If your name or business appears on the list, you may contact the relevant Municipal Office or County Department to make a claim up until August 15, 2025.

After August 15, 2025, all claims must be made to the Racine County Treasurer’s Office at 730 Wisconsin Ave, Racine, WI 53403. Such funds will be held by Racine County for up to 10 years.

To claim your funds, you will need to complete an Affidavit of Ownership and provide a valid photo ID. Contact information is provided in the Listing and in the Q&A document linked below.
