Ralph’s professional path spans decades of leadership, from directing operations at Roundy’s to overseeing multiple stores as a District Manager for Piggly Wiggly Midwest. His expertise in financial planning, team-building, and forging partnerships has not only bolstered businesses but also enriched lives across the county. As the owner of Malicki's Piggly Wiggly from 2011 to 2024, he transformed local grocery shopping into a cornerstone of community connection, blending excellent service with genuine care for his neighbors.
When he wasn’t managing operations, Ralph advocated for the causes that make Racine thrive. From serving on the boards of the Racine County Food Bank and the United Way to the Racine Zoological Society, his commitment to community is second to none. Recognized with honors like the Community Impact Award and the Sam Johnson Volunteer Award, he is a proven leader who delivers results.
