What constitutes Elder/Adults At Risk Abuse

If the abuse or neglect is believed to be occurring to persons using a Wisconsin health and community care provider (nursing home, rehab, assisted living or such) call: Division of Quality Assurance at 1-800-642-6552.

Statewide - Individuals who suspect that they are a victim of elder abuse or know someone who may be experiencing abuse are encouraged to learn more about the signs at www.ReportElderAbuseWI.org and make a report through Wisconsin Elder Abuse Hotline at 1-833-586-0107.

If the abuse or neglect is occurring outside of Racine County, Wisconsin call: Eldercare Locator: 1-800-677-1116 or call your local law enforcement agency. To report abuse taking place outside the state of Wisconsin, contact the National Adult Protective Services Association (NAPSA) http://www.napsa-now.org/get-help/help-in-your-area/.
