Individual Therapy

Racine County provides individual outpatient therapy for adults living with severe and ongoing mental health conditions. This service is designed for individuals who may benefit from longer-term, intensive support due to challenges such as psychosis, chronic mental illness, complex trauma, or treatment-resistant depression.

Therapy is offered in a one-on-one setting with a licensed mental health professional and focuses on:

  • Stabilizing symptoms and improving daily functioning
  • Building sustainable coping strategies
  • Strengthening independence and long-term well-being
  • Supporting recovery and overall quality of life

Our approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused, with each treatment plan tailored to meet the individual’s unique clinical needs.

This service is best suited for individuals who require a higher level of outpatient care than what is typically available through short-term or general therapy options.
