Community Health staff at Racine County Public Health Division (RCPH) aim to improve the health and well-being of the community by investigating communicable diseases, developing policies and strategies that prevent disease and injury, providing education and promoting healthy behaviors. This is accomplished by implementing an array of programming including immunizations, outbreak response, home visiting, and community education, to name a few.
