The Intergovernmental Cooperation Council (ICC) includes the County Executive and mayor, village president, town chair, or administrator from each of the 17 municipalities within Racine County.

The RCICC serves as a respectful forum for intergovernmental dialogue and information sharing to address common issues, successes, and challenges; discuss pertinent state and federal legislation; and identify opportunities for collaboration and service sharing that save tax dollars and enhance the lives of residents.

The ICC was created pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 66.0301.

Meetings are generally held on the fifth Wednesday, when possible, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. during January, March, May, August, and November. Meetings rotate among municipalities throughout Racine County.
