Appointments are required — please call 262‑636‑3208 to schedule.

Only one person is allowed at a time.

A maximum of 2 hours is allowed per appointment.

Searching Requirements / Rules for Searching

1. An application must be completed if you have not searched here before.
2. You must present satisfactory proof of identification.
3. No children under the age of 12 are allowed in the records area.
4. No food or beverages are allowed in the records area.
5. No picture taking of records is allowed.
6. You must allow staff access to the indexes or volumes needed to conduct daily business.
7. You must not ask staff to perform tasks that are contrary to statute or administrative rule.
8. You may not write on, alter, mutilate, or destroy a record.
9. Please work with one book at a time.
10. Please return each book to its proper location when finished.
11. Do not remove pages from books.
