Jr Lifeguard Camp
If you love to swim and care about the safety of others, become a Junior Lifeguard! You will be introduced to communications, teamwork and team building skills, while learning about basic water safety, basic cpr and first-aid and responding to emergencies. In addition, you will build confidence and improve leadership skills in and out of the pool and have the opportunity to be a lifeguard in the future! Junior Lifeguards are lifeguards in training! They will have opportunities to learn from lifeguards, enjoy water safety and develop leadership and build community by acting as positive role models Ages: 11-14yrs

Safe Sitter® | Babysitting Essentials Training
Safe Sitter® prepares students in grades 6-8+ to be safe when they’re home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. Students learn life-saving skills, such as how to rescue someone who is choking, and helpful information like what to do in the event of severe weather. Lessons are filled with fun activities and role-playing exercises.

CPR-AED Training
American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers is to train professional-level rescuers to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants until more advanced medical personnel take over. This program is offered as a blended learning class, meaning there is online & in-class training. The online sessions must be completed before the in-person training.

Lifeguard Training
Learn how to effectively prevent and respond to water emergencies with American Red Cross lifeguard training. Our courses are designed to arm you with the skills and knowledge to prepare you for a variety of scenarios in and around the water. With our lifeguard training, you will learn how quick response times and effective preparation are vital to being a lifeguard while also understanding the crucial skills needed to prevent drownings and injuries.
Prerequisites: Minimum age: 15 years; Swim 300 yards continuously; Tread water for 2 minutes using only the legs;
Complete a timed event within 1 minute 40 seconds by starting in the water swimming 20 yards surface dive to a depth of 7 to 10 feet to retrieve a 10-pound object return to the surface and swim 20 yards on the back to return to the starting point exit the water without using steps or a ladder.
Participants who successfully complete the Lifeguarding course receive an American Red Cross certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED valid for 2 years.
This course is offered as an American Red Cross Lifeguard Training r.24 course with a blended learning format. Please allow at least 6 hours to complete online training, and plan on having ALL OF THE ONLINE WORK COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASS
