The Support Services Division plays a crucial role in maintaining security within the Courthouse and Law Enforcement Center, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all individuals who frequent our court facilities.  This division also encompasses the Records Bureau.  

Records Bureau

The Records Bureau is responsible for the meticulous maintenance and storage of all paper and electronic records related to incidents, investigations, arrests, traffic accidents and inmate records.  Additionally, Records Bureau staff handle the preparation and processing of court documents for Civil Process, Evictions, And Sheriff's Foreclosure Sales, ensuring these critical legal procedures run smoothly.  

Technology & Data Management

Beyond its administrative responsibilities, the Support Services Division also manages the departments Records Management System and oversees other electronic data systems.  These systems are vital in maintaining organized, efficient, and secure information processing for law enforcement operations.

The Recine County Sheriff's Office Support Services Division operators as one of the department's essential "behind-the-scenes" commands, providing a wide array of services to law enforcement personnel, the public, and other criminal justice agencies.  From records to technology management, this division ensures the smooth operation of critical functions that support the department's broader mission of public safety and professional standards.
