DNA, Fingerprint, and Mugshot Services Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Fingerprints must be on file for the criminal charges listed in the Court Complaint. If you require DNA services and do not have fingerprints on record, we will need to obtain your fingerprints and mugshot before completing the DNA collection.

Required Documents:

• Court Order Form

• Criminal Complaint for the case

• Valid Photo ID

The Records Bureau also provides fingerprinting services for individuals seeking employment, licensing, security clearances, or firearms registration. You may visit the Records Bureau counter during the listed hours for fingerprinting.  There is a $25 fee for fingerprinting services not ordered by the court. A valid photo ID is required for this service.

Please note: This agency does not perform fingerprinting for the Department of Immigration and Naturalization or Wisconsin Criminal Expungement requests.
